Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer Student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Update Student records in the system, including notes about interactions
- Pitch ideas for improving customer care
- Participate in team-building & Promotion activities.
- Make recommendations to management to improve student’s learning experience at IAPS Campus.
